A little about me…

Since my youth, I have been a movement curious, always moved a lot, loved sports and I’ll always remember the Giurddjeff movement classes as a trigger to my love for movement and dancing in a more conscious and present way.

Later on, in a dance improvisation class, I discovered the joy of silence in movement, then I had the feeling I could stay there a bit longer.
Yoga came along as a good companion for dance and other movement techniques.

Right now, I’m busy with Vijñana Yoga, a style that felt that I had to stay there longer since, from the first time I practiced it and during practice, there was a sense of a lot of space inside my body and lots of time to explore and discover.

Vijnana Yoga is concerned with moving from the middle, finding first a relaxed and quiet place within, and moving from there.
